I think that the answer would be how the other half lives.The reason I think that is because I read a book similar and it had talked about how the dustbowl effects the farmers.A dustbowl effects farmers because with so much dust that can effect the crops to not grow properly and it could also affect the grass to die and/or Make the grass not grow properly when it starts to grow back.
