To find unknown part of a whole when there are two parts, subtract the part you do know from the whole. Subtract the lbs of pears from the total lbs. 5.12 lbs total - 2.5 lbs of pears = 2.62 lbs of bananas. 2.62 lbs of bananas is your answer.(my name is actually Hannah so I couldn't resist answering.)
5.12- 2.5= 2.62
