This is FOIL!
F (first)- 4k times 6k= 24 k^2
O(outer)-4k times 10= 40k
I(inner)-5 times 6k= 30k
L(last)- 5 times 10=50
24k^2+70k+50
You can't find k based off lack of information, the answer to be exact, but in middle school I learned FOIL, if thats what you meant.
