The hypothalamus, pituitary, and pineal glands are your brain. Thyroid and Parathyroid glands are in your neck. Thymus are in between your lungs and Adrenals are on top of your kidneys. The Pancreas is behind the stomach. For females, their ovaries, and for males, their testes are in the pelvic region.
