Stroke is an interruption to the brain that blocked it's blood supplying; emphysema is when the air sacs are damaged, including the cilia that eliminate dust, bacteria, and more. When smoking and you breath in that air, it destroyed the cilia. Your lungs takes in that unclean (tobacco) air and it may lead to stroke.
