What is the probability that Carrie selected a blue pencil for her friend and a red pencil for herself? Write your answer as a percent. Round to the nearest tenth of a percent.

To get the %, divide the #'s and then multiply them by a 100.
So, 15/39=.384615*100=38.46%
24/39=.615385*100= 61.54%
