Simply rearrange the terms and simplify.
Subtracting 4x from both sides, we have:
-11y=-4x-6
Dividing by -11, we have:
[tex]y= \frac{4}{11} \cdot x + \frac{6}{11}[/tex]
This is in the proper form, so this is our final equation.
