the line that is perpendicular to(-6/5)x-4  so : a×b = - 1 and b = -6/5
so : a = 5/6

 in slope-intercept form of the equation of the line that is perpendicular
 to is : y = (5/6)x +c
contains (-6,1) : 1 =  (5/6)(-6) +c
c = 6
an equation is : y= (5/6)x + 6
