To find the area of a triangle, it it (width x height)/2 so plug in the numbers
(6x6)/2
36/2
18
then you multiply that by 4, because there are 4 triangles
18x4=72
then take the area of the square
6x6=36
then add them!
area=72+36
The area is 108!
