The strategies that learners need to acquire in terms of knowledge and skills in having to make decisions in taking action of availability of clean water are the following;
- proper disposal of garbage in proper waste disposal
- set up a meeting in the community that will be of help in having to conserve and availability of clean water
- provide environmental sanitation in the community
- practice proper hygiene whether inside or outside of the house
- making the surround clean
