Physical Education - Physical Activity Log Directions: Record your physical activity, in detail, using the calendar below
Submit the Log on time
Due Dates: Unit 1 – 3/8, Unit 3 - 6/7

How to Earn Full Credit:
Minimum of 200 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every week during the semester
No exercise required on holidays or weekends
If we have a no school day during the week you can subtract 40 minutes from the weekly total due
If a log is due mid-week, it will be graded up to the previous Friday
Walking will not be accepted for full credit. It is the student’s responsibility to communicate special needs (illness, injury, condition) to Ms. Morin before week 5.
Minimum of 3 days per week (For Example: 4 days of 50 min or 5 days of 40 min)
Vary your activities
Provide detail about your activities (For example: exercise name, speed, distance, level, heart rate, intensity, sets/reps, specific skills, techniques, data that shows improvement over time, etc.)
Total up your minutes every week
If you are a late enrollee, make sure that you write your start date under comments and on the appropriate calendar date so you are not graded on the days before you enrolled
