What are the goals of the environmental justice movement, and why are they relevant to sustainability?

The primary goal of environmental justice movement is UPHOLDING  OF SOCIAL JUSTICE. The movement focuses on integration of environmental concerns into broader perspectives which encompass social, racial and economic justice.
These goals are relevant to sustainability because environmental justices provides the foundation for sustainable development. If environmental justice is not enforced, sooner or later, environmental pollution and degradation will begin to harm humans.
