Physical is the property related to the forces and physical phenomenon's and the thing that has a physical property doesn't reacts with something. Chemical property is based on the reactions between atoms/ chemical compounds , the bonds are developed between electrons so it's often refered to the chemical elements.
An example is the ions' extrication of an chemical compound. If compound has already ions the extrication goes physically. Differently if compound has not ions, it reacts with other compounds in case to ions be developed. (Chemical phenomenon/property)
