Bea had the next problem, she was tired and she needed to sleep. However, she was not able to sleep because Mrs. Kearns' old tv was turned on and the volume prevented Bea from falling sleep. Nevertheless, there are two big problems in this situation. She wanted to sleep and believed the reason she wasn't able to sleep was the tv, so she thought about saying something to Mrs. Kearns to turn the t.v. volume at a lower level of volume. However, when our body is tired enough to desperately need to rest and sleep it simply does it. Without considering anything else, because it is the most basic mechanism of the stress stages. The body rests after its energy is exhausted.
