The best way to lose weight is to
-lower your calorie intake
-eat more fiber,,, that way you feel fuller :)
-do some exercises for example i do squats, bc it works on both your legs and can burn some stomach fat ..

the best way is to cut carbs and workout try to eat low sodium food because salt could really make you fat as well as sugar could also turn into fat
