Zack's science teacher gave each student in his class 15.0 grams of an unknown substance to identify. Each student was required to verify the mass of their substance by taking four measurements. Accuracy is how close a measured value is to the actual or known value.
I would say 14.99. I don't quite know on this one but I think it is this one because is you take off the .0 its just 15 and if you look at the options you could say that 14.99 is the best because its the closest without going over. With me I would rather go a little under than over, and with the numbers being so close, I would say that's the answer. 

Hope I was some kind of help. If I wasn't sorry I haven't done that assessment yet so I'm not 100% percents sure. I'm more like 99.9%.
