Randy fills the prism shown with 126 3/4 cubic inches of sugar

The length is 6 1/2 height is 5 and width is 6 1/2

What is the height of sugar Randy put in the prism?

Please help me

Respuesta :

For  a rectangular prism, the volume is the product of the length, width, and height. We are to calculate for the height of the sugar placed in the prism, h, we use the equation
                                                V = L x W x H
                                               126.75 = 6.5 x 6.5 x H
The value of H is equal to 3. Thus, the height of the sugar is equal to 3 in.
