When my granddad willed this ring to me, I felt cheated. I thought to myself, what's so special about this ring?
Then one day, about 20 years later, having forgotten the ill will I had towards my Grandpa for willing only a ring to me, I chanced upon in inscription inside the ring.
I had seen that inscription somewhere. It read "Icarus". I recall that the parking garage of my grandpas house which was usually large and wide by up to 20 times that of normal garages had this inscription just above the entrance.
As I drove towards My Grandpa's old house, I ran a voice search about Icarus, and it read:
"the son of Daedalus who, in order to escape captivity, flies with artificial wings but falls into the sea and drowns when the wax on his wings melts due to flying too close to the sun."
My curiosity spiked.
When I go there, I dashed into the garage, and started looking around. Not long, I connected this logo with what I just got online. The logo looked like the wings of an eagle and had a depression just below it.
The depression looked very much like the shape of the ring. I removed the ring from my finger inserted it onto the depression and the strangest thing happened.
An underground mini-bone yard. My Grandpa had gifted my one of his private collections of airplanes.
