1. Yesterday, I worked on remodeling my basement for about 2 hours.

2. This was a vigorous activity because my heart rate went up and I was sweating, these are a sign of vigorous work.

3. Three benefits of physical activity are (1) having lowered risks for cardiovascular health and other illnesses, (2) healthier mental state, and (3) boosts my energy. What's most important to me is the 1st because my family has a history of developing diseases, lowering my risks by exercising is helpful.

4. My family likes to go on hikes together, sometimes just a mild one, and other times an intense one. I do HIIT workouts on my own and other muscular endurance training.

5. I am not aware of any activities my school provides. But there are biking and running marathons in my city.

6. I am not aware of any that my city offers that do not cost money.

7. (I'm in high school) High school will be a lot more demanding and will have a lot more schoolwork that takes up a lot of time, meaning I'll need to take every opportunity I can to get my exercise in. It will be a lot more stressful, meaning that improving my mental health will be very important.
