I believe the answer is C.) sweat. Because, I don't think your body's hair follicles elevate when hot and a fever cause your tempature to rise. It's not a product of a ride in tempature. Also, your body causes you to shiver when you're cold, not hot. Plus, you sweat when you're hot.
