While the attack on Pearl Harbor was in doubtfully devastating, Do you think it was necessary for Japan to take this action? I do not think that it was necessary for Japan to attack Pearl Harbor, killing 2,403 U.S. personnel, including 68 civilians. While I do believe that Japan should have taken some type of action, I do not think they should have attack Pearl Harbor for several reasons. Japan should have definitely acted differently, by either talking it out with the United States of America, or coming to some type of decision with America.
