The Monkey's Paw - Option A
Mrs.White screams in disappointment when she doesn't get to see her son again. This would be considered part of the story's falling action. It is because, according to “The monkey’s Paw”, the falling action happened when Mrs.White gave loud shriek voice. This was when she became so upset because she came to know that she will never see her son again. Though it was due to a shock she gave a loud sound. This type of sound would be considered part of the story’s falling action.
