A rhyme scheme follows a pattern of sounds and intonation which are alike. The final letters in a line have to share the the same letters. This convention is present in option C where we can read the words "wood", "good" and "mood", which share the same pattern. Additionally, the sound of the vowel "o" in between the words makes the lines melodic, e.g. "oh so good".
