A time when I wanted to go above and beyond was when I was extremely motivated to do a project. It was a poster about cognitive development of 4 year-olds and really fun. I wanted to make it awesome! I wanted the teacher to see that the passion she put into that class pays off. That she motivated me and I wanted to make her happy. I love putting smiles on people's faces.
Okay, you must know that I used to be a really bad procrastinator. In sixth grade I wanted to be cool and only did enough to barely pass a class (I still failed two). For consequences I had to spend over a year to catch back up, got my phone taken away for four months and had to do tutoring for eight months. I wanted to fit in, but I regret it. Please take my advice and do your work. Your life will be so much easier that way. If you have real friends they will stick with you no matter what effort you put into school or other things. Don't do what I did wrong. Please.
