It depends there are thousands upon thousands of falsely accused men in the us for r.a.pe we need to find a better way to know if the accused person is guilty or innocent however if it is proven that they are i believe that the time that that should serve depends the reason for a jail system is for people who are a threat to the community if it’s a first offense and has not happened before I Would say five years however if there are multiple they are a huge threat to the community so I would say somewhere around twenty five years
