Well she can out of a good fight however she would need proof of time and date and some way to prove they stole her exact idea for example if there is some document stating the last time she edited it was on the exact date when she showed them and no time sooner however if she doesn’t have and extremely good lawyer her chances of winning are low because she didn’t have a issued copyright even though it was her idea so yes and no
