the reason we have goals in to accomplish them and to be successful that why we set goals and they drive us to something that we want to succeed in or accomplish.
I can't tell you what the write answer is for sure. I think it's motivation but I can tell you that it is NOT success. I chose that based on the other person's comment and got it wrong.
