I think this is the answer because I have heard that you can get into a lot of trouble for saying certain things about your leaders.

(Example: The USA. You can have an opinion about mainly anything, but criticizing leaders is considered bad because they are the person who was chosen to lead so basically "deal with it". )

(That is how it used to be back in the day 'cause now it seems like you can say all sorts of horrible things and not get in trouble unless it is considered a threat.)
