Bill says if you rotate a figure 180clockwise or counterclockwise you will get the same image. Sally says you wont. Who is correct. Why??

They're both correct. It just depends on what kind of image it is. For example: a square or circle, if rotated 180 degrees, will be the same image. If it's an image of a flower and you rotated it 180 degrees, it wouldn't be the same image.
