In the early infance the child receives almost exlcusively influence from the family. Then, when the child involves in social activities and spends time with other people (going to the park, going to a baby day care, school, or even wathcing TV, useing of Internet, etc) the child starts to receive influence from other parents, peers, older children, other adults, and then the influence of the family changes. The child incorporates the experiences from these other influencers and, although the influence will be different for different children and in different stages, now the influence is not 100% from the parents.
