Can you be skinny and muscular at the same time
not very muscular but a bit you know
i am skinny but I can gain muscles easy .. But i wanna stay skinny ಥ‿ಥ at the same time I need a stronger upper body (especially abs /arms / stronger wrist)
so can I gain muscles and still be skinny ?

yh u can, it just depends on what type of exercises you do because if you do intense muscular training then most likely you will gain a lot of fat however if you do light muscular training you wont gain fat and will have light abs

You will gain muscles mass by exercising and targeting the areas you wish to work on you will stay skinny you will just get more fit so you'll probably gain weight but in your muscles so you'll still be skinny youll just be heavier because your muscles so youll be more fit, abs and arms exc. Youll just be heavier cause of the growth in your muscles
