Soldiers arent given cellphones when deployed in Iraq, also even a standard Marine would know how to tend to it while Medics are only fatser and more precise. The only outside soildiersare given is a sattilite phone in which is kept at bases for soldiers to use when ONLY calling loved ones. If you truly were a soldier, you would know to tourniket it and date the time of applying it and every 30 minutes to an hours most you would tighten it.
