The way I answered to the first question is because with conclusions u have to have evidence of why you think of that conclusion. If u had to answer how you came up with the conclusion there should always be evidence so people can understand how u came up with it. When I said the conclusion would be less likely to be in answer two is because the conclusion you made wasn't made by the best evidence you could find. By using weak and inaccurate evidence your conclusion is most likely to be WRONG. The reason why having strong evidence during a assignment when adding chapters to a book is helping people is by helping people understand why you choose the certain way how you wrote the next chapters of a book. Say the book was about witches in the next chapter you wouldn't just write about the body of horses. The book wasn't related to that subject.
