Answer:
tbh i'm not so sure, but based on the question, it seems like the case could be falsely explained and that there could be a misunderstanding in the case
Explanation:
none
Answer:
I think that this situation should have a task force because (1. There are multiple crime scenes and multiple events. Which means they should need more trustworthy allies for help to maintain the speed at which the crime rates are going.) and for (2. Since the crimes are ongoing and just feel like they arent stopping I think theyd benefit from the task force because its more people cracking down on different crimes instead of a just working on one at once and maybe they can catch the 'suspects'). Next (3. Since some crimes happen on campus and some don't the task force could investigate the campus while the local police can investigate the ones that are not or vise versa so its more efficient). After that (4. since there's some campus investigators already they can tell the new members of campus investigation everything they know so they can be caught up and be faster on cracking the case). Next (5. Since the police already investigate the town some of the task force can also help investigate the town or help in another area that hasn't been investigated yet or where they think will be a next target.) Next (6. As crimes receive a ton of social media attention maybe the task force can 'be the help the town needs' and help them calm down and not be as afraid). (7. As there seems to be a lot of people with access to the case and evidence, maybe they know more than us so we could interview some by-standards and see if we can get any information from them). (8. Its not clear whos in charge of all of these cases they can split them (local PD and task force) and there can be a leader and a team so its more organized and will finish with these cases way faster, better, more smooth, and easier).
