In your opinion, what are the 2 best methods of distributing the one cookie amongst 25 people?

What are the advantages and disadvantages for each of your methods?

( you can not split it into 25 pieces) I will report answers that don't make sense

Answer:

1. Grind up the cookie into a powder, and then distribute by weight.

2. Have some sort of merit based system, where one winner, or a group of winners, receive the cookie, and everyone else gets nothing.
