  1. The practice of respecting elders by greeting them is a common norm in Africa
  2. The act of obeying elders irrespective of whether you are familiar with them or not.  
  3. Living a communal lifestyle is a peculiar norm with Africans.
  4. Summoning defaulters before community leaders or appropriate action is another norm.
  5. The belief in deity gods and their stake in our lifestyle is a norm.
