1. anticyclones give us cold weather, as in more winter days. but it may also give us warm weather days. being associated with anticyclones can give us fog or even frost.
2. on the other hand, cyclones give us extremely warm weather, as like a drought. we get moist air, throughout a clockwise rotation.
