Integrative agreements which is also referred to as integrative bargaining is a way of solving a conflict by finding a mutual ground in which everyone wins in order to eliminate the disputes between people.

It aims at finding a solution that will benefits both parties and provide a better solution that will improve what ever issue they had.

This means no one loses but everyone walks away with something and they are all content with what they got.

Fatima and Ahmed both wants the newspaper but they are interested in diffrent topics hence their mom separated the newspaper so that each person gets the section which has the news they are interested in. This means they both got what they already needed initially and it was made even more easier because now they will not have to go through the whole newspaper to reach their section of interest.
