The correct answer is letter B.

The Apartheid was a racial segregation, in that time the minority of white people had the power to vote. While the majority, black people could not vote and had to  obey the law. It was a difficult time for black people in South Africa,  they could only live in segregated residential areas and were prohibited of having interracial relationships.
