Using the information from the lesson and the readings, respond to this question in one to two paragraphs: What caused World War I to begin?

Respuesta :

Answer:

World War 3 began because of Russia's mobilization, the assassination of archduke, and imperialism and expansion. When it came to the last 50 years the imperialism of all European states had chronically poisoned international relations. The mobilization of Russia deprived statesmen of the opportunity of curing the disease, and placed the issue in the hands of the military powers.

Explanation:

Here is one I wrote so you won't be putting the exact same answer for the sample answer for the question.

The four general causes leading to World War I were nationalism, imperialism, militarism, and alliances. Nationalism caused many small countries to rebel against imperialism and seek their independence. A focus on militarism meant that they had the means to cause great harm.

The final event that led to the beginning of the war was the assassination of Austria-Hungary's Archduke Ferdinand. Once Austria declared war on Serbia, the alliances that had been agreed to over the preceding years obligated several other countries to go to war.
