Aerobic endurance fitness is an important physical fitness for rowers. Rowers need to accomplish and maintain a very high level of intensity throughout their race.
I’d say C. Because rowing makes the muscles move in the same direction and doing the same thing over and over again. Where if you don’t do it “often” then you will be sore from rowing
