Louise Nevelson was an American sculptor of the feminist art movement. She used wooden objects obtained from urban debris to create monumental installations. Her works were dominated by the thread of feminine. Her fame originated from creating wooden structures which paved the way that broke the taboo that only men artwork could be in large scale.
