It actually isn't healthy to starve yourself. If you are doing it to lose weight, know that starving yourself slows your metabolism(Your body thinks that it is starving) and when you DO eat, you convert it into even more calories!

Don’t starve yourself you can make yourself very sick from doing that but also lose a lot of weight to where you can die. Plus people around the world can’t eat girl you better eat
