The Black Lives Matters (BLM) movement is a confrontation between different factions. It isn't simply blacks and whites who are affected, but every other movement as well.
The message of Black Lives Matter is not being questioned; rather, the actions of a significant number of its members are.
Through violent activities and rioting, the Black Lives Matter movement "derails" its aims.
This isn't to imply that the entire organization is like this, but the percentage of BLM that does act in this manner is the loudest. As a result, the movements are shunned.
This isolates the message of the movement and the people who are a part of it from society, preventing race-to-race conflict and interaction.
BLM is viewed in this light, and as a result, it creates a barrier between itself and all other cultures. As a result, other cultures declare themselves to be important, interpreting BLM as a rejection of their race.
It progresses from black against. white to black versus every other culture, with those other cultures pitted against other cultures.
This is why the Black Lives Matter movement and its actions have sparked a cultural war.
