It would be this because it is conjugated properly since there are more than one potato it would be papas not la papa. And to say encantar it should look like this conjugated:
Yo Form: Encanto (most of the time the yo form will always have a o)
Tu Form: Encantas (any time you have a ar verb and are conjugating it to present indicative it needs to be as)
Ella, Ello, Usted Form: Encanta
Nosotros Form: Encantamos
Vosotros Form: Encantaís
Ellas, Ellos, Ustedes: Encantan
