Weight: force that gravity puts on a mass.
On Earth, gravity is 9.80 m/s^2compared to 1.62 m/s^2 on the moon.
Weight=mass *gravity
Moon : (example)
10 kg* 1.62 m/s^2= 16.2 N ( Newton is the unit for weight)
Earth:
10*9.80= 98 N
