A monk is a person who practices
religious affliations. The monk has degrees of hierarchy. The first one if the
novice (where they are trained). Next is the rassophore (this is their first monasticism).
Then the stayrophore (where the abott feels that the monk has reached the
desired level of discipline). Lastly, the great schema (their final stage where
they reach a spiritual discipline).
