Because your babysitter quit last week, you are now driving an extra hour each way to drop off your child at your parents. Every time you are there, your mother gives you a hard time over something. What should take you five minutes is now taking 20 minutes because you end up in an argument with her. This week at work, you have made several errors. Nothing that will harm a patient, but errors nonetheless. What are stress management tips to separate your personal life from your professional duties?

Respuesta :

Take an hour of your day to yourself. With no one around you and no distractions. If you don't have an hour, take ten minutes out of your day where you turn off all devices and this will be your designated anxiety time. This area is where you can stress and mull over everything that has happened in the week.
This is real advice from a real therapist I have so you can trust it.
