If 2 cars were pushed with the same amount of force but one car is 500kg and the other is 740, wouldn't the second car (740kg) have a greater change of velocity than the other car?

Respuesta :

No. With the heavier the car, it causes more friction against the ground, and the heavier its being weighed down, it will lose the speed in the general direction it was headed for (s=v). The lighter car would keep moving because its not weighing itself down by its own mass.
