Eileen is a nurse working in a longterm care facility and she has been having trouble implementing some new ideas on the unit she works in She tells the PSW's what she wants them to do but finds that they are not following her directions. She is getting really frustrated and decided to promise them rewards if they followed her plans. They started to follow her but she was unable to follow through on her promises.
